Tropical Hotel

Personeel is gewoon super vriendelijk .dit maakt het verblijf zeer aangenaam.

Er mag wel wat geld in onderhouden vernieuwing gestoken worden. Maar dat doet niets af aan de goede ervaring in het hotel

Tout était top. Le personnel très accueillant, le repas délicieux, le buffet déjeuner excellent, les équipements super.

The restaurant was amazing! The staff was super friendly and professional. The hotel is impeccably located and very beautiful. The rooms are big and comfortable (the Japenese Garden looking ones) . The overall feel is zen, relaxed and pampered. Pet friendly to a point as your dogs are only allowed in the rooms..

The very small showers in the Japanese garden facing rooms .. but then again, functional! The fact that every restaurant in Durbuy allowed us our dog inside made us not eat at the hotel the 2nd night.

Chambre confortable et agréable. L’espace piscine est sympa, mais c’est dommage qu’elle ne soit pas ouverte un peu plus tard pour pouvoir en profiter davantage. Le déjeuner est diversifié, avec du jus d’orange frais et des confitures maison, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Le parking est spacieux et gratuit. L’extérieur est également très beau et bien entretenu.

Le frigo est un peu trop petit et l’établissement est légèrement vieillot, même si cela reste correct. La salle de sport pourrait être améliorée : il manque un vélo et des poids plus légers pour convenir à tous les niveaux. Petite surprise inattendue : une souris est venue nous rendre visite… un peu trop authentique comme expérience 😅

Très beau jardin, chambre qui correspond aux photos propreté 10/10 accès a la piscine superbe végétation et déco l eau un peu froide pour moi...personnels a l écoute...le restaurant un régal buffet du petit déjeuner super aussi...nous sommes bien reposés hotel pour ns 2 je recommande vraiment

True that the gym room is quite old but did not really matter because everything was so nice.
