O hotel em si é muito bom, a piscina não é aquecida o que acho que deixa a desejar comparado com a estrutura do hotel, mas tudo em si foi muito bom, desde o atendimento no check in até no bar da piscina. O quarto tem um tamanho excelente com uma vista muito boa, conseguimos encontrar estacionamento facilmente. A equipe super atenciosa, precisamos de uma cama extra no quarto e rapidamente fomos atendidos com a colocação da cama extra no quarto.

A piscina não é aquecida, isso deixou um pouco a desejar na estrutura do hotel, fomos em uma época que não estava quente em foz, então ao entrar na piscina com minha filha tivemos esse choque, mas nada que atrapalhou

Restaurante fraco, tem muito que melhorar, sábado tivemos uma experiência muito negativa com a feijoda, caldo extremamente grosso, quase não saia da concha além dos ingredientes muito ruins! No entanto o atendimento é muito bom!

Em um hotel normalmente aproveitamos a piscina , bar da piscina etc … esse em Específico tem o cassino para distrair … porém pra quem nao joga ficar sem o bar da piscina eu achei muito chato … sábado estava um tempo chuvoso até após meio dia .. depois ficou nublado e o Bar da piscina simplesmente não abriu o dia todo. Limitando o acesso a somente hotel e cassino …

O bar da piscina deve funcionar em Todos os hotéis .. absurdo não funcionar e o ar condicionado do quarto tbm do nada começava a assobiar , tremer a estrutura de metal … complicado , achei um dinheiro Jogado fora
