בניגוד למובטח, אין בריכה במלון, רק בספא שדורש הליכה קצרה בחוץ, בקור/גשם. הספא בתשלום נוסף. ארוחת בוקר לא ברמה של 4 כוכבים.

terme bellissime. Personale alla reception molto competente e gentile. Posizione meravigliosa in mezzo alle colline ma vicinissima al centro. Colazione continentale buona

camera un pò datata, ma grande. Assolutamente no per il letto con due materassi separati, molto scomodo. Ci hanno fatto pagare 7 euro a testa il noleggio dell'accappatoio nonostante avessimo i nostri asciugamani
