The facilities are freshly renovated and the staff fantastic. Florence and Frank did a great job and the staff went out of their way to help us with everything. We highly recommend it!

Sehr freundliches Personal und es wurde sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen . Das Riad war gerade erst eröffnet worden- von daher war das Zimmer noch nicht perfekt!

Très joli Riad complètement refait, très bien situé dans le quartier du mellah, donc près de l'avenue pour prendre un taxi. Riad bien décoré, très belles chambres, un jacuzzi en terrasse ce qui est très appréciable. Propriétaire et personnel très aimables. C'est une très bonne adresse dans la médina.

Unfortunately the owner contacted us less than 2 days before we were due to arrive to say we could not stay in the Riad as renovation work had overrun. By that time we would incur a 50% cancellation fee to find somewhere else. They found us somewhere else to stay, but they should have told us earlier so we could find our own accommodation.

That they didn't give us much notice that they were cancelling our booking

Lavandino del bagno deteriorato a causa della doccia senza protezioni all’acqua, che di consequenza alla ha tutto il bagno ogni volta che viene usata.

Bon accueil de l'équipe, bon petit déjeuner servi sous forme de table d'hôtes & c sympa de pouvoir discuter/partager ses expériences & tuyaux avec les autres résidents.

Everything! It was perfect in regards to location. The staff were amazing and went over and above for you. The cleaning was meticulous and done daily. I loved the little touches such as leaving us a water by our bedside every night. They also have meals that they're happy to cook for you which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location is phenomenal. You are close to everything and you are minutes away from the Medina and the souks. I would stay here again 1,000%

I'd say the only downside is that you cannot get a car back there so you have to arrange all your pickup nearby and it was challenging at first but once we figure it out any close by location it seemed to work out for everybody and regards to being picked up for tours or anything like that. The walk to the Riad was relatively short so you're not logging your bags for hours. I would suggest checking with them ahead of time and having them meet you on the main street and guide you in because it can become quite amazed until you get your bearings.

We loved Dar Khmissa Riad! Adil was so helpful and accommodating. A lovely riad with an amazing rooftop terrace. The location is brilliant.

Our room was lovely but small.
