Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via stairs only, and there is no elevator access at the property. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that the bar and restaurant will open based on demand throughout the low season/winter months, but guests can request food or drink at any time. Kilkenny House does not accommodate hen or stag parties. Kilkenny House are happy to accommodate other groups, but different policies apply. A €500.00 deposit is required in advance of arrival. It will be returned as long as rooms are left in good order & there have been no complaints of disturbance from other guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The tv in the room wasn’t tune in in fairness the porter tried his best not his fault this was a mistake on behalf of the management

Staff friendly

The photos are not true the rooms the rooms are dated and the photos should reflect this. The breakfast was average and the dinner wasn’t good hamburger poor effort Pattie was a little burnt the fish was frozen

Room was nice

Food in the bar was inedible. I asked to speak to the manager the next morning, he wasn't in until the afternoon. I left my phone number but he didn't call me. I called the hotel the next day and he still wasn't available. My recommendation is don't stay here.

"Pretty and clean place."

Clean and pretty place. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and nice breakfast

Not in city centre so we had to drive and find a parking lot to eat dinner. Took a long time for hot water to get to our room.
