Kindly note the accommodations is accessible via stairs only, and there is no elevator access at the property. Therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment. Please note that the bar and restaurant will open based on demand throughout the low season/winter months, but guests can request food or drink at any time. Kilkenny House does not accommodate hen or stag parties. Kilkenny House are happy to accommodate other groups, but different policies apply. A €500.00 deposit is required in advance of arrival. It will be returned as long as rooms are left in good order & there have been no complaints of disturbance from other guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. The decor was fab. Location ideal. Staff were so so lovely, kind and helpful.

Walls are thin. Unfortunately we had VERY inconsiderate neighbours who kept us awake all night. I probably should have reported them tbh. I'm sure staff would have help resolve. Would be great to have complementary bottled water as well.

Breakfast was lovely. But a little confusing on how system worked. Like finding bowls and glasses. This was because only one girl working and she was making coffee and serving in the coffee shop that the Breakfast is served in.

Great location, friendly staff

The one thing I didn’t like was the fact that the rooms do not have an Air Conditioner. The one night that we stayed the temperature rose to 28*C and the room was very hot. Granted I should have checked that before booking.
