The location is in a quiet area.

The place needs a lot of improvement, investment, innovation, reconstruction, maintenance. The sinks are clogged. The bathroom has no fixed shower, so when you wash yourself, it is with one hand - the other one is holding the shower. Most of the time there is no warm water - the hosts explained that during the day they use the sunlight and nighttime use the gas. But beginning of September the sunlight is not enough, especially with many full apartments. The advertised plug in next to bed is not true. In one of the rooms we booked actually there were two plugs - one for the fridge and one for the TV. So, when you need to charge your phone, you need to unplug the TV and to hand the phone on the wall, hoping it will not brake. The heaters are rusty. The furniture is quite insufficient. There was dust on the wardrobe and over the bed table. And for people that look the four pictures - to inform you that the picture on booking is not the place you will stay - this is the host's home.

The lazy staff needed a reminder on the 5th day to come and clean the room and change the sheets !!! The furniture in the rooms is ancient, the bathroom shower hasn't been changed in years.
