The room the location

There was a terrible wind and our room was right in the gally which felt like we were in Chicago but it wasn't the fault of the hotel at all. We loved it and would go back anytime.

the room was ok, the air conditioning worked - and that’s it.

for 91 euros per night with breakfast and sea view during our 4 nights stay we experienced : -breakfast that is impossible to eat. the most soggy, bland and disgusting omelet I have ever eaten, even the mushrooms were wet and bacon was actually very cheap ham. My husband could not swallow sausage in “English” breakfast. Even coffee (and we are in Greece, where you can find good coffee everywhere)smelled of damp. We tried to eat the breakfast once, and then never ever we came back for it during our stay. Lost money -no sea view. Maybe tree view, a little bit mountain view. But there is no photo of the view form the window on the booking, so hotel deliberately put higher price on rooms with sea view when there is no sea! don’t be fool like us - don’t overpay for view you won’t have (photo included). -horrible welcoming. We came at 16:00 in the first day, there was no one at registration desk, so the waitress of the “hotel” bar showed us our rooms. She explained us only the ridiculous number of rules they had in the “hotel”. She also turned on tv and asked to read the rules on the screen everyday as a joke(see photo)…. no greeting, no explanation of where is breakfast, no small recommendations of local activities- nothing! Only rules. -lazy service. You will also not get your daily room cleaning service or your towels changed. We were living, again, in hotel, for 91 euros per night, and no one even vacuumed our floor once, and you can imagine the amount of sand after 4 days on the floor from beaches. And the towels were the same for 4 days. Total disappointment. -dirty and very very small pool that is not suited for adults - only kids can fit in. Don’t stay at this “hotel”: the photos are misleading, as well as information on the website. There is no cleaning, the Wifi constantly stops working, staff has no intentions to help you, the breakfast is disgusting and the sea view is just a joke. For this price you can get much better accommodation in Crete

We love pur stays at the Elounda Sunrise apartments. This year was a little different mainly due to there being less residents but a little disappointed that bar and breakfast options and times had been so cut and less atmosphere generated when there were still a number of us staying and could detract from the holiday for some of the clients. Specially those with ailments that would find it difficult going elsewhere. That said we know its been a long draining year for these poor people and we know what a great place this is. So here's to returning in 2021. P.S Lynes personality is sorely missed behind the bar and Peter does great servicing the apts.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Meer. Man hatte beim wach werden direkt das mehr aus dem Bett sehen können. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Besonders das Bad hat mir sehr gefallen mit der begehbaren Dusche. Wir hatten eine schöne große Terrasse mit Sonnenschirm und zwei Liegen. Sowie 2 Stühle und einem Tisch. Dazu noch kostenloses WLAN und für uns war es perfekt.
