Atendimento excelente, educados e sempre solícitos. Manobrista Dimitrius muito educado e simpático. Quarto grande com mais uma sala grande.

Elevador muito demorado , não é o suficiente para a quantidade de hóspedes. Na hora do pico esperamos até 20 minutos, sempre cheio. Outro ponto muito ruim é o chuveiro, de manhã e no final do dia o aquecedor da água não dá conta. Não tem água quente nos horários de pico, aquecedor suporta o fluxo, tem que melhorar.
