Loved our stay here. A short walk to Black sand beach, restaurants galore, convenience store and the bus stop. But still private and off the busy streets. Will be back!

Loved the hotel and the pool and omg the fact that it’s in front of the beach was fabulous , check in was super easy and I extended my stay because I was in love with the island !

Samaragdi Hotel was an absolute pleasure to stay at. Friendly staff, clean rooms and less than 2 minute walk to the beach. They can assist booking excursions such as the Santorini volcano boat tour, which I highly recommend. I was upgraded to a pool view suite and it was stunning. They do not offer breakfast, but with so many options nearby, it’s not a problem. I would absolutely stay here again!

Best hotel for a quiet stay in Santorini directly on the beach and with easy access to bus to visit all the other villages. Maria, the owner of the hotel, along with all the staff, are so kind and will help you with anything you need. Beautiful site and rooms. Very clean hotel and super professional team. Very nice to have sunbeds for free at Safran restaurant as a guest of Smaragdi. Lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner in just a 2 min walk to the beach with a beautiful view. Perfect location to have best of both worlds, relaxation and exploring the island. Will definitely be back!
