close to beach, even if property is not on beach side, free sunbeds. Free towels for use at beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Over all a great stay. Things to improve: Breakfast menu never changes. which is a problem for long stay. AC auto shut down when any door/window is open. This is a good idea but sensors are not perfect. many times we had to close and open window in order to run AC.

"Amazing staff"

Staff was INCREDIBLE. Never been given a hug when I left back to the airport from front desk workers. So incredibly nice. Air conditioning could’ve worked better though. Friends didn’t have a problem with that in their rooms so must’ve just been mine.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Lovely Friendly Greeting from Maria and get Staff. Lovely accommodation so clean excellent cleaning staff. Beautiful pool area. Really nice Breakfast Thank you to the kitchen staff A Lovely young girl looks after you . Cannit fault at all . Thank You for having us.

"Good price— not the most comfortable to be honest"

Good location- walking distance to beach and hotel is cute... However- electricity went out several times, water didn’t work (couldn’t shower before flight - was told to - ‘wait awhile’, dog barked outside ALL night, given one towel for three days, a lot of flies in room, wind whistling all night could hear in room loudly. Decent price for a good location but I would spend a little more next time...

Lovely staff, good location, nice pool and a decent breakfast. The only disappointing point was the room which did have a lot of black mould in the bathroom due to a lack of ventilation.

All of Santorini is amazing, however, the staff at Smaragdi hotel was incredible, all of them. I honestly didnt stay anywhere else to compare the treatment I got there but as far as I am concerned, it doesn't get any better.
