Housekeeping lady seemed nice - always smiling.

I complained that the poor signal prevented me from watching the TV. They fixed it so that I could watch a couple of channels but I like to watch channel 1 and couldn't.

I like the comfort and convenience and cleanliness. Smiling, happy service. Second time I have been here and absolutely worth it. Especially for a quick stay over. Has a little kitchenette fridge etc. Simple but that's all you need.

I didn't like the point that was coming from the wall when pulling out the jar plug. And also the visible wires hanging down from under the bench top.. looked a bit dangerous for my liking... But could have only been the TV coaxial cables etc. just looked messy. Nor that fact that still no TV availability again for the second time. Should have brought a book. Other than no real issues.

A toilet with a leaking flush valve that kept refilling all night! Flushing toilet and shower in above unit VERY noisy in our bottom unit!! Especially when it was used after midnight...

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Quick and helpful customer care. The room was warm when I arrived. Clean linen. Tea, coffee, sugar and a bed for the night, and a bathroom. It's all I needed. Perfect for my shirt stay.
