Good location to the motorway and lots of parking. The sheets were clean

The property lacked general maintenance like the window sill in the shower needed paint, there was an empty spa pool in disrepair outside the room and the tv was not able to show colour. It was black and white, some channels didn’t work.

Staff member at front desk was friendly.

I am not sure how booking.com can even have this place on their website. The place is very run down, paint/wall paper peeling off the walls. From 7am someone was outside busy making a noise with a high pressure cleaner. Beds are not comfortable and feel like they are falling in. Only one remote for aircons in the lounge and main room, so if you turn one off the other goes off. I do not recommend and will not be back.

The bathroom is kept clean and tidy.

There is a strong, persistent odor in the room (reminiscent of Indian spices/body odor). It’s so intense that the air feels heavy and stale, and it’s practically preventing me from sleeping at night.
