Incredible view from balcony of Matterhorn

- wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen - unsere Terrasse am Zimmer im 1. Stock war super schön - das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gross mit super viel Auswahl und sogar einigen Selbermachen-Stationen - extra Raum für Gepäckaufbewahrung mit Duschen und Toiletten

Easy to find and in a good location, close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was expensive (so is Zermatt!), but worth the treat. I's paid for a mountain view, and boy, did we have a view! We had two sets of patio doors leading on to an enormous balcony which had chairs, tables and a large double bed shaped lounger complete with blankets. Best of all, was the view of the Matterhorn. We didn't even go out for dinner that night as we wanted to make the most of it. We bought salads and sat on the balcony. The room itself, was spacious, very cleaned and equipped with everything you could want. The staff were friendly and there was a huge choice of good quality food at breakfast time.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Staff very helpful in directing guests for activities and tours.

No air conditioning

The property was conveniently located and very clean. The spa was also good.

We weren’t offered a robe for the spa when we checked in and weren’t told we needed to ask for one at reception.
