Optisch: sehr schönes Riad. Terrasse war riesig.

Dusche ging kaputt, danach kam nur noch kaltes Wasser & schlechter Wasserdruck. Ohne Fenster, sehr wenig Licht. (eher gedämmt) Achtung: Abendessen ist nicht à la Carte, sondern Menü (18 Euro) Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eher schlecht

We had the most beautiful stay. The room was the perfect size for 4, with comfortable beds and great housekeeping. Staff were so friendly, lovely and helpful! The breakfast’s were traditional and delicious. Great for gluten free, too! The lunch we had was also lovely and lovingly prepared. Beautiful rooftop area for sunbathing/relaxing. 15/20 minute walk to the souks etc etc.

The shower was very tricky to work, and sometimes housekeeping would forget to refresh towels!

L’accueil et l’amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel ! Le cadre est exceptionnel ! Je rêvais de séjourner dans un Riad en venant au Maroc, c’est chose faite et avec brio

Rien tout était parfait surtout le thé vert à la menthe en guise de bienvenue

L’intérieur est magnifique et offre du calme et du repos. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant.

The Riad itself is absolutely beautiful, exactly what you’re looking for if you want a traditional Riad with western comfort & cleanliness. We felt very safe here and the staff, particularly the ladies, couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was traditional and delicious. I would absolutely recommend this Riad.

This isn’t about the Riad itself but I am just including incase it helps a future family of travellers: - This Riad is in the old city, which in Europe would mean you’re in the best location/near everything. This isn’t the case in Morocco. This was a very “local” area. The walk from this Riad to where everything is isn’t far, but it is chaos and as a result, a bit scary. All our tours picked us up from the Riad and if it had just been my husband and I, we probably wouldn’t have minded the walk, but with two young children and a buggy, it was a bit of a nightmare. - This Riad is absolutely beautiful and if you really want to stay in one, I would recommend, but as general advice, I actually wouldn’t recommend staying in a Riad with children. The nature of the shape of the building and all the tile, creates an amphitheatre effect and every small sound feels so loud. We felt our children as a result were so noisy and we were so paranoid all the time to tell them to be quiet. We had a few disapproving looks from other guests! - This Riad is right next to a mosque, so you get the call to prayer 5 times a day, the earliest of which is around 5.30am and the latest 9pm. For adults, this is absolutely fine, if not beautifully authentic, but with children, it was really stressful that it would wake them. Top tip: bring a good white noise machine!
