GBI had a hotel room with three beds all to myself the first night, and then another person came for the second night. Room was clean, bathroom was nice. Towels were included. There were multiple buildings so even when there was very loud karaoke in reception, it didn’t disturb me. I had a balcony. There was a pathway made by the hotel down to the beach.
I didn’t realise it was so far from Corfu port—recommend planning how to get to this hostel in advance. The receptionist told me that the local buses were unreliable and I should get the shuttle bus the hotel provides instead. But then another member of staff told me the buses were reliable, and he was right. I felt like the other member of staff was trying to manipulate me for money which I didn’t appreciate.
