Alle comfort aanwezig. Shuttlebus service was top

Er stond een klein flesje wijn op kamer naast 2 flesjes water. Wij dachten als welkom. Toch stond de wijn later gewoon op de rekening a 35,00! Dat vonden wij wel een afknapper.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenfreien Shuttleservice zum Bahnhof und auch in das Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und auch das Restaurant können wir für abends sehr empfehlen. Die Angestellten des Hotels sind sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir waren in diesem Hotel auf unserer Italienreise, aber hier hätten wir durchaus viel länger bleiben können. Der Ort selbst ist sehr authentisch und ein toller Startpunkt für den Besuch der Cinque Terre. Die Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel sind hervorragend.

Superbe établissement, cadre magnifique. Piscine magnifique, service de spa ( sauna hammam, , douche sensorielle) propre , beau . personnel à l écoute, disponible , serviable Service de navette gratuite , hôtel -gare vraiment pratique . Super. la navette a tout moment , max 5 min d'attente. Petit déjeuner de qualité et avec plein d'options. Personnel aimable et attentif.

On aimerait une piscine intérieure et des activités pour les enfants (surtout sur le mauvaise temps). Quand mauvais temps ou au retour le soir, les parents ont pleins d'option welleness mais les enfants n'ont rien a faire.

"Parfait, moment suspendu!"

Personnel adorable et disponible, petit déjeuner excellent, le restaurant est très bon. La chambre est très confortable, mention spéciale à la literie. L'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal, avec la navette si pas envie de marcher. Levanto est une ville super sympa, avec des très bons établissements, au calme de la ruée touristique des 5 Terres. Et très facile d'aller aux 5 terres avec le train qui est très proche de l'hotel (10 min à pied). Le spa est un peu petit, mais nous avons adoré les massages que nous avions réservés! Ce séjour était fantastique, nous espérons revenir!

La décoration de la chambre n'est pas dans les gouts français. Carrelage au sol un peu froid, mais tout le reste est super.
