Zimmer hat nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen.Zahnglas war nicht gewaschen worden, Abfalleimer nicht geleert vom Vormieter.Waren 5Nächte dort.Frottetücher wurden nicht gewechselt,Zimmer nie geputzt.

Perfect location - 2 mins walk to the beach and tavernas and restaurants , mini market even closer . 15 minutes walk to Skiathos town . Nice , clean room . Basic decor but we really just slept there spending days out . The owner of the property is really nice and helpful. Price was amazing 🤩

Property was very conveniently located a couple of minutes from the beach and a short walk into Skiathos Town. Very close to Bus Stop 5. My studio had a sea view looking over an allotment with a nice balcony with table and chairs, sofa and drying rack. Inside the studio is basic, but spotlessly clean with crisp white sheets and towels which were changed every couple of days. Bins emptied every day. There was a very effective mosquito screen at the French doors. Air conditioning at additional cost but safety deposit box included. Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare breakfast or lunch including an electric kettle and sandwich maker. The host was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay again.

Soltanto la posizione, vicino al centro città ma silenziosa

Una miriade di cose non mi sono piaciute. 1 il locatore ci ha obbligati a non gettare la carta igienica nel wc dicendo che altrimenti si intasava lo scarico. Quindi la carta igienica sporca stava lì nel bagno senza finestra, ore e ore perché alle 13 ancora non aveva svuotato i cestini puzzolenti. Quando gliel ho fatto notare, il titolare era pure infastidito. 2 le foto che vengono pubblicate per affittare l alloggio NON CORRISPONDONO ALLA REALTÀ. Camera con uso cucina con mobili sporchi e stoviglie mezze rotte. Compresa la moka senza Manico. Asciugamani che sembravano carta vetrata da quanto erano rigidi. 3 il prezzo per quel tugurio è sproporzionato per l ambiente che è. Sotto il letto, quindi sul pavimento, c era un materasso non imbustato e quindi pieno di sporco, che presumo lo metta al bisogno su qualche letto.

Close to the beach, bus stop and food store. Downtown is also just 10-15 mins walk. Easy access - we could leave our luggage in the apartment when we arrived in the morning before check-in time, daily cleaning, and towels were changed after 3 days. Kitchen is simple but good enough for easy cooking, warming. The net on the balcony door is very good. The water is nice warm in the shower.

Taps are a bit old, water was always on the bathroom floor coming from the shower.

The studio was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and strong. Wifi was good. Kitchenette is stocked sufficient enough to cook if you choose. We only used it for breakfast which we enjoyed on the balcony. Afternoon on the balcony was lovely too. Location was quiet and 3min walk to the beach and supermarket.

Great service from owner. Supplies a shuttle service to. Close to beach & restaurants. Close to town ( 15mins stroll). Quite area & a supermarket 100m or less away. Spacious room with a great balcony.
