- friendly management and staff, helpfull to the extend they can (limited cababilities) - excellent location on good price - very good wifi service - spacious appartment with hot water. - free parking place with innovative bar-open system

- my room was smelling awful from the swage of the bathroom during all my stay. The hotel tried to take measures by replacing a hose but no elimination of the problem was noted. I suffer with asthma and that was not a pleasant experience at all. - the building is over 50 years old, needs extensive rennovation - cleaning services are very very limited... - kitchen equipment was almost zero...2 glasses of different type, 2 plates, 3 mugs...that's all! - the bar/cafereria does not offer all day service, from breakfast time to dinner...only when they decide is convenient for them to open the kiosk. You cannot rely on them for a breakfast coffee/tea - not environmentaly sensitive at all - H&S issues in place, especialy around the swimming pool and during night time - no second key per appartment which is a problem - furniture need replacement....very old and uncomfortable...far from been ergonomic - the TV set is unacceptable, channel connection is awfull - towels are aged and not healthy to use sometimes

Esternamente la struttura era ottima, i servizi offerti non erano quelli previsti già dalla prenotazione abbiamo avuto problemi in quanto una settimana prima del nostro arrivo, la struttura ci aveva contattato per riferirci che non avevano la stanza poi nuovamente che avevano risolto, quando siamo arrivati la stanza da me prenotata non era quella prevista il bagno piccolo e sporco, non c'erano le prese in camera da letto per gli smartphone, avevo chiesto letto matrimoniale e trovato due singoli uniti
