Központi, de csendes környék. Április végén kellemes langyos vízű medence. Tiszta, minden nap van takarítás.

A villanykörték nagyon gyengék, olvasni este nem lehet annál a fénynél. A fürdőszoba büdös, nem működik jól a bűzelzáró. A hangszigetelés gyenge, a bejárati ajtó es az erkélyajtó felől minden behallatszik.
