Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information. One child 10 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding. The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). "Exceptional"

Foi tudo muito especial! O café da manhã e o jantar são deliciosos, bem como os petiscos no terraço e a beira da piscina. O atendimento dos garçons é super atencioso e simpático. A ceia de Natal foi caprichada, segura em tempos de covid e alegre. A travessia do hotel para a praia com o barquinho é um prazer a parte! Foram 16 dias absolutamente perfeitos! Só tenho elogios à equipe, instalações e acolhimento! Voltarei sempre!

Hotel maravilhoso! Ótimo atendimento. Localizado em uma praia linda e tranquila, com o mar calmo. O hotel conta com uma equipe de recreação, que fornece equipamento para remo e prancha de stand-up paddle!

The property itself does not have beach access you have to leave the hotel and walk down the street in order to be able to get to the beach. They messed up our room and blamed us for the problem. Breakfast and dinner were both included which was a super nice plus and both were delicious and had many options.

"Nice sea view hotel"

It's a nice sea view hotel. Great service and friendly staff... They gave us an upgrade ! But if you want to enjoy the beach it's better to choose Costa Norte Ingleses Hotel which is on Playa Ingleses (very nice beach similar to Copacabana in Rio) and same owners as this hotel. So the reception staff gave us bracelets and infos to go to Ingleses hotel and have access to their beach for free and it was amazing !! Thank you...

"Comfortable hotel. "

This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was outstanding. Every staff member we came into contact with went out of their way for us. The one downside to this hotel is the need to cross an area of water before getting to the beach, options to cross are provided by the hotel though.
