Ein ausgesprochen schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort reservieren.

Property was great! Location was great also, our room was lovely and the views were stunning.

We booked a table at the hotel restaurant about 7 months prior to celebrate our engagement. The restaurant was extremely poorly managed. We were given a table that was not even with a great view. When we were sat down the table was actually dirty and not even set with any cutlery or place mats. Our drinks took around 35 minutes to arrive and the food took even longer. Waiters were not very attentive, we ordered gnocchi and it wasn’t until about an hour later and the food actually arrived the waiter say “oh sorry I forgot to mention it’s not actually pasta”. The food was poor, the service was poor and to say I booked this table to celebrate our engagement there was absolutely no effort to make this special or even acknowledge this. We were very disappointed with it.

Es war sehr laut, weil die Zimmer zum Innhof lagen und dort bereit sehr früh das Frühstück serviert wurde.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr gute Lage und schönes, grosses Zimmer. Personal freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit.
