Stannade där en natt för att upptäcka området kring Tiberias. Hotellet var rätt så basic men extra poäng för frukosten där jag som glutenfri kunde få glutenfritt bröd - det var en positiv överraskning eftersom jag inte meddelat något på förhand. Wi-fin funkade dock inte.

Ok stay. Great staff. Internet rarely worked whole week we were there. Food was ok. It was clean and quiet however, and that was important to us. Parking lot, as most of Jerusalem is a nightmare, to park in.
החדר היה נקי. וילון המקלחת לא היה נקי מספיק לטעמי. היו מספיק מגבות והן הוחלפו לשביעות רצוננו. בס"ה חדר נעים. השירות היה אדיב ויעיל. האווירה במלון נעימה ורגועה.
הוזמנו לאירוע במלון הסקוטי בטבריה ביום שבת לפני הצהריים. כדי לא לנסוע מוקדם בבוקר מביתנו החלטנו ללון בעיר טבריה ובחרנו במלון ברגר. החדר היה נוח, נקי ביותר, והמיטות בדיוק כפי שהזמנו (מיטה זוגית + 2 מיטות יחיד). החיסרון - מיקום סתמי ואפס נוף מהחלונות. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עלובה.
The entrance of the hotel is beautiful and good, but the room on the third floor was of lesser quality. We discovered a long hair on the ground of the really too small bathroom. The shower curtain was dirty at the bottom. And two white towels had stains, so we did not used them. Unfortunately there have been 8 hairs in our double bed! How can they get there? All in all very disappointing, and the breakfast was rather nice, in a noisy setting with many people.
The Berger is an old, tired hotel. There were so few people staying there that they shifted us to the sister property the Astoria Hotel, across the street. This hotel had construction going on. When we booked in the person at the counter was on the phone and didn't acknowledge our presence. This hotel was also older. The rooms were large but the features were from another era. There were no snacks we could buy and I had to walk down the street to find a little grocery store. The breakfast was bare bones.
Enjoyed the place. Clean great employees the owner was very helpful.
