"Perfect place to stay for a B&B vibe in Britain."

Beautiful old mannor house set in the green neighborhood adjacent to Gatwick airport (10min) away. Very homey and cozy for a nights stay. Our three person room was quite large and comfortable for all of us. We all enjoyed the accommodations.

We loved it all.

"Good value for leafy residential location that is fantastically convenient for Gatwick"

Efficient, polite and responsive landlord. Free parking. Everything neat and well organised. Interesting history of this characterful house is proudly displayed.

No soundproofing between rooms. But that is to be expected in this type of property and daily rate.

"Exceptional"

We stayed at the Lawn 3 different times on our recent trip to England, and each visit was great. The hotel is very lovingly run by Quasim and family, and spotlessly clean and artfully decorated. I like that it is so close to Horley town, which is lovely, with good restaurants, a great Waitrose Market, and friendly people. Room prices are very fair. Local bus is 5 minutes to and from the airport, easy to catch, and only 3 £.
