Location style really impressive architecture & staircase .Breakfast very good . See other comment re packed breakfast !

There was a plastic lined mattress cover under bottom bed sheet I could not believe it so horrible it was late when I discovered it & took it off myself . There was a crack in sink in bathroom & pipes or other boiler noises which made it difficult to sleep . I complained next day I moved rooms completely different standard altogether. The reception packed a breakfast as my son had ordered the night before , the packed bags were by reception as I passed in to get a coffee and say goodbye to a friend who did not have to leave so early. I had coffee but when I came out the bags had been emptied and we were accused of having had breakfast !? What if I’d had small plate of scrambled eggs it is a buffet ? There was some confusion as one had to give notice the night before for packed breakfast / words as I had coffee before leaving & the waitress wanted to charge for a coffee. What I dislike was the inflexible nature of some staff members over a bit of packed food !! The hurriedly packed replacement breakfast which may have been from the emptied bags from earlier was just miserable certainly not what we had paid for a breakfast . We were made to almost feel like we were stealing food . The response in No way reflects the Old Grandeur of the place a pity . And what’s more it wasn’t that breakfast room was busy in total 6-7 there the fuss with repacking food for our train journey !

Krásné místo, jedinečný hotel a jeho styl. Výborné snídaně a večeře. Skvělý personál.

V našem pokoji bouchala tramvaj a dunění nepřineslo klid. Chtělo to pokoj na opačnou stranu..
