Despite being located in an undistinguished small village its central location on the northern coast makes it an ideal base for exploring Sardinia's northern part. There are plenty of great agriturismo restaurants nearby and an exceptional Mesadoria restaurant few kilometres away. The hotel has very friendly staff, very well maintained pool and a reasonable hotel restaurant and bar. The hotel is in a quiet location and you hear rooster crowing every morning if you don't close windows or balcony doors. Quiet air conditioner. Decent diverse breakfast and good coffee machine. Live music during weekend.

Great hotel, despite the bad reviews. The staff was great, trying always to help and to make you part of their family. Would go there over and over again.

We spent a few nights there in July and it was just perfect. The hotel is run by two brothers and their wives, and they are all very friendly, polite and accommodating. There are a few beaches within 10 mins drive, but you can also enjoy a relaxing afternoon, sipping on a drink by the pool if you want. Castelsardo, one of the top 100 historical towns of Italy, is at a stone’s throw and there are other cultural destinations that can make up your day when it’s cloudy or windy (the Mistral can be ruthless at times). If you’re looking for the posh, vip-spotting and overrated/overpriced Costa smeralda stay away from here... if you want to spend a lovely, off-the-beaten-path time with your better half or family then you should seriously consider to book a room here.

Me my wife and two children visited Abbaidda Hotel between July and August in which we enjoyed every moment. The staff was fantastic and very friendly and helpful .The place is beautiful and the Hotel is very family friendly and amazingly clean. Overall it was very worth it as our 4yr old children eat free when ordering dinner. Will surely recommend. Tks Abbaidda Hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious but above all the staff were very warm and welcoming - especially the blonde lady who worked on reception a lot. Nothing was too much trouble for the family that owned it - whether it was to give advice as to where to visit, freezing my freezer packs, making and bringing coffee to the tables at breakfast or allowing us to stay in a room later than the designated checkout time - great service! Location is good too for exploring the surrounding area. You do need a car though, although a shuttle service was provided if need be.

The service was lovely and really friendly, the hotel however is in need of a general upgrade and the food was disappointing.

Man havde kun en ret at kunne vælge i mellem til aftensmaden, selvom det kostede en halv bondegård var det ikke ligefrem imponerende godt. Værelserne er okay store, men sengende er dårlige. Nettet virker stort set ikke, og man kan kun få adgang til net på den etage man selv er på, selvom de skriver at der er over det hele. Servicen var heller ikke lige frem fantastisk.
