Kalbarri Palm Resort

Great value for one night. Easy to find and great location to all the amenities in town.

Everything was fine

The bbq area is great. Grounds are kept well and it is a close walk to restaurants, pub and some shops. Rooms are big.

This accomodation is a little tired. Beds need renewing.

Room was spacious

There was no Wi fI. The manager pointed out does not state Wi Fi however, I cant recall the last time i stayed in accommodation that did not have Wi Fi available. The smalll blow heater in room broken had to be replaced. The shower no hot water. Room bathroom dowdy could do with fresh coat paint. We downgraded to a cheaper room as the one with spa was upstairs not suitable given our age to climb stairs with suitacase. No discount on room rate was offered.

WIFI!!!! it was terrible in my room. THE ROUTER MUST BE SWITCHED TO A NEWER ONE! It would have been nice if the restaurant inside the resort served alcohol as well

Easy check in no fuss. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Carpet looked like it needed a good clean.
