Great view of the mountains. Location handy to town centre and Lake Matheson.

Staff meeting me, more interested in me signing a form, service with a smile did not happen, more focus on customers as people and not a commodity bringing in revenue.

Came here on off season so got a fantastic rate on one of the best rooms they had to offer. With spa bath and fantastic views of Mt Cook and Mt Tasman, this was an absolute highlight.

The mentioned spa bath worked very well, but was clearly quite old and the whole bathroom would benefit from a renovation.

Very clean and comfortable room. The kitchen had basic cooking facilities, which were perfect for making dinner. The mountain views from the window were stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay.

During our stay there were bedbugs on the mattress and we could not contact to anybody from reception because reception was always closed.
