En fullt utrustad lägenhet i ett äldre bostadshus utanför turistområdet. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Lägenhetsvärden är oerhört serviceminded och gör allt för att vistelsen ska bli till belåtenhet.

Wir waren für 5 Nächte im Ring Avenue um uns Budapest (eine traumhaft schöne Stadt die es verdient mehr als nur ein Wochenende dort zu bleiben...) anzuschauen und der Aufenthalt dort war einfach nur großartig. Das begann schon mit der Abholung durch den mega symphatischen Andras am Flughafen (23 Euro), einem wahren Fremdsprachenwunder (Englisch, Französisch, Italienisch und auch ein paar Brocken Deutsch..), der uns auf der Fahrt zum Appartement gleich mit vielen interessanten Details über die Stadt versorgte. Die div. Wohnungen befinden sich an iener Hauptstrasse im Innenhof eines tollen, alten Gebäudes, sind aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Alle Appartements sind absolut sauber und komplett mit Bad, Küche (mit entsprechenden Uttensilien) und sogar Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Vor der Haustüre befindet sich eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle und div. U-Bahn Stationen sind auf Schlagweite. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man aber Fußläufig erreichen. Die Haltestelle für den Airport Bus (3 Euro pro Fahrt) erreicht man in 10 Min zu Fuß. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich 2 Supermärkte, sowie einige günstige Restaurants und nette Kneipen. Allen in allem ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Budapest...

Świetna lokalizacja, miły menager i to jedyne plusy. Apartament bardzo mały, wilgotny, z oknami wychodzącymi na wewnętrzny dziedziniec w związku z tym bez słońca oraz bez możliwości odsłonięcia zasłon, bo wszyscy zaglądają z dziedzińca prosto do łóżka.Kanały kablowe to fikcja są jakieś satelitarne ale głównie reklamowe.Ogólnie zmieniliśmy zakwaterowanie przed końcem pobytu.

Прилетели поздно потому из аэропорта позвонили в отель. Через 15 минут нас встретил Андраш ! Рассказал всю нужную информацию про Будапешт , район нашего проживания и даже по хорошему курсу поменял деньги . Огромное ему спасибо за гостеприимство . Обязательно вернёмся в его аппартаменты.

Bonjour, j'ai passé un moment très agréable dans cet appartement, le propriétaire est adorable, il sera vous aider pour toute questions, faite lui confiance. Sur 5 nuits, je n'ai pas entendu un seul bruit, l'endroit est calme, très proche de l'hyper centre. Encore merci pour ton accueil. Pierre

The host, Andras, met us at the front of the building. He provided all the information we could possibly want about restaurants, shopping, and things to do and see in the area and Budapest in general. The apartment was up wrought iron-railed stairs in a late 19th century building with an enclosed courtyard that the rooms looked out on. We were at the back of the building, and the rooms were spacious-14 foot ceilings- and quiet. The general ambience was of somewhat faded elegance.

Andras will contact you with details of how to find the apartment when you book and is a wealth of information throughout your stay as well as being an excellent, friendly host. The apartment is within walking distance of all the tourist attractions but the tram is directly outside if you want to use it. There are shops, a bar and resteraunts very close. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well equipped, allowing you to self cater if you wish, and has very fast Wifi. This must be the best value accommodation in Budapest.

We were very happy with the apartment for the price we paid. Like other reviewers have commented, the apartment is a little dated but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Heating worked, hot water worked, fridge and kitchen amenities were all good. The apartment block was fairly quiet at night as the apartment we had was in the interior and we didn't have any noise issues. Andras was a great host and picked us up and dropped us off at the airport as arranged as well as providing us with tips and information on the local area. There are two supermarkets just near the apartment and a few good restaurants. The tram stop is right outside and it was easy to get to the main attractions either by tram or by walking, even with kids (12,16). Would recommend for a few nights stay in a great city!

Tämä asunto on heille, jotka haluavat asua lähellä Pudapestin keskustaa kodinomaisesti ja edullisesti.Kaikki lähellä, mutta yösi saat nukkua lähes täydellisessä hiljaisuudessa.Isännän Andraksen puolelta kaikinpuolin hyvä palvelu lämmitti mieltä erityisesti.
