Staff were exceptional!!! They went above and beyond and made our stay so pleasurable. GIFT was an amazing host- every detail and ever conversation made you feel like he was proud to have you stay. It was superb!!!!

very nice location in Sea Point, with good view to the Lions Head, great garden with two good pools, great to relax; great breakfast; we had a spacious room, excellent service from the team, the team even washed our car which was quite dirty from our trop to Namibia (unfortunately I did not have any cash to reward them).

Part of it being in a great location means it's on the main road - so it can be noisy.

The pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is very nice. Overall a nice hotel - clean, and well maintained. Staff is friendly, and service is adequate.

The rooms themselves are a bit basic, and the bed was too small for two people (our feet stuck out off of the bottom). Overall just an average hotel in a nice area. This would be a very solid 4 star hotel, but definitely not 5, as they advertise.
