L'emplacement était parfait et l'hôtel très beau. Le petit-déjeuner excellent. Pablo et tous les membres de l'hôtel étaient charmants, à l'écoute de nos demandes et de nos besoins.

La vue incroyable, la situation parfaite, le petit-déjeuner très bon, l’eau à disposition et le personnel très gentil

Chambre pas d’une grande propreté, drap-housse trop petit qui se défait du matelas dans la nuit (se réveiller la tête dans le matelas tâché n’est pas très agréable), couverture trouée, pas de poubelle dans la chambre, lunette des toilettes cassée. Ça nécessite quelques améliorations :)

"Wohnen mit Aussicht"

Die Aussicht, insbesondere von der 3. Etage ist herrlich. Man kann seine Tour quasi aus der Adlerperspektive planen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Leute im Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein bewachter Parkplatz in der Nähe, wurde vermittelt, ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt

Personnel attentif et serviable. La vue de la baie et de la ville de la terrasse est imbattable. Une marche de santé pour s'y rendre mais c'est ça Valparaiso. Je recommande.

O horário do café da manhã ser até as 12h. A localização é boa também. O hotel é bonito . Disponibilizam água e chá no corredor à vontade.

Para um hotel boutique falta muito. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e dispostos, mas falta um pouco de treinamento. A acomodação é ampla, contudo existem alguns pontos bastante negativos: não tem frigobar no quarto (ok eles disponibilizam uma geladeira comum, mas é hotel boutique ne?! E o preço também é de “boutique”), a cortina não bloqueia a claridade e tudo é MUITO barulhento. Você escuta absolutamente o som dos outros hóspedes, principalmente se ficar no andar de baixo. Mas escuta MUITO! Parece que caminham na sua cabeça. O café da manhã tem tudo que você precisa e é bem servido porém poderia ter um suquinho ou água na mesa.
