"A real boutique hotel"

Centrally located, lovely boutique hotel and with a very nice atmosphere. Breakfast is very good.

We had the room at the top and the balcony nearby. If people are celebrating it’s noisy.

"Wonderful & Highly Recommended Boutique Hotel in Valparaiso"

Absolutely beautiful vintage hotel overlooking the port of Valparaiso - exquisite interior furnishings, colorful and original antique furniture and artwork. Loved every minute of my stay here! Delicious complimentary breakfast was also a big plus!

Unfortunately - as a vintage hotel, there is no elevator and the third floor balcony has an excellent view & ambience!

"Disappointed and ripped off"

The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. It was quiet but that may be because it was the start of the season.

It could be described as shabby chic or rather worn. Breakfast was fine but a bit limited. We were the only guests and that may be the reason. We felt that we totally overpaid for the 3 night stay. When we checked the prices we paid about 60% more than the price advertised for the Hotel when we were there. I raised this with the manager who was very dismissive. It is never nice to feel that you have been ripped off and it clouded our stay in the area. We spent most of the time in Viña del Mar & Concón where we would chose to stay next time. Please look around the Concon and vina del mar area for stay.

"Buena ubicación pero habitación desprovista."

El barrio en el que esta ubicado el alojamiento es muy turistico y seguro. La casona es hermosa y la terreza general tiene una vista espectcular al mar.

No cuenta con accesibilidad universal, las habitaciones son de material liviano por lo que se escuchan los pasos de los demas huespedes. La habitacion me parece incompleta, pues no tiene tele ni aire acondicionado, por lo que no se puede estar en la habitación por las tardes ya que el calor es insoportable.
