"Pessimo! Ficava muitas vezes aí com a minha família, não fico mais!"

Televisores não funcionavam Duas tentativas de abrir a minha mala que tinham senha- sempre deixo uma sequência pós fechá-la e as duas vezes haviam tentado abrir. A recepcionista grossa, mal educada na noite que cheguei super cansada de uma longa viagem e teria congresso já na manhã seguinte, mastigando chicle, falei que ia reclamar pela má educação dela e ela se adiantou falando com o “gerente” querendo me manipular …

Fizeram coco no vaso quando entraram no quarto pra limpar,( penso eu que seria pra limpar) e cheguei do meu congresso e tinha coco no vaso. Fiquei anojada.

Da recepção ( pessoal indiferente, mal humorado e não explicou nada em relação aos horários do hotel). Toalhas de ultima categoria. Até furada recebemos. Não indico a ninguém esse hotel
