A fost un vibe dragut, linistit, au raspuns repede oricarei solicitari, camera cat de cat curata.

Am fost 2 cupluri, noi am platit mai mult si am primit o camera la etajul 3 destul de mica si cu mobilier/baie mult mai veche, iar ei au platit mai putin si au primit o camera la -1 unde poti ajunge cu liftul, mult mai mare, mult mai noua, nu este ok.

Locatie excelenta, aproape de centru, dar, cu toate acestea, departe de aglomeratie, in mijlocul padurii. Curatenie si caldura in camera, lucruri de apreciat dupa o zi intreaga pe partie. Un aer medieval dar si decoratiuni de iarna care fac atmosfera cat mai placuta. Mic dejun foarte bun si suficient. Personal amabil, mereu gata sa fie de ajutor. Am primit upgrade de camera gratuit, surpriza placuta la check in. Recomandam!

Парковка есть, отель выглядит интересно, на Новый год подарили Шампанское и шоколадку( уже хорошо).

Были в отеле на Новогоднюю ночь, расчитывали на какое нибудь торжество, но постояльцам отеля ничего не предложили, хотя , кто -то арендовал ресторан для своей компании и постояльцам пришлось искать в других заведениях, это не совсем удобно, т.к. отель расположен в отдалении от центра курорта.Завтраки ОЧЕНЬ! однообразные, матрас плохой, , подушки очень маленькие и тонкие, в номере убирали только мусор, ковровое покрытие за недель ниразу не пылесосили.
