"Vorsichtig sein und nicht nachgeben!"

Die Hausherrin ist tatsächlich rund um die Uhr ansprechbar und sehr freundlich… hilft halt nur nicht bei allem

Englisch klappt leider kaum… eine Übersetzungsapp Rumänisch hat uns etwas geholfen.. Wir hatten getrennt voneinander jeweils ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wollte man uns zwei Zimmer mit einem Bad, ohne Balkon andrehen. Ein Zimmer sogar ohne Fenster… als wir abgelehnt haben und auf unsere Buchung verwiesen habe, wurden wir ans andere Ende gebracht… getrennte Zimmer, aber wieder kein Balkon… Und das mitten in der Nacht, 20 Minuten später, mit ständigem: „no balcony“ tauchte dann doch ein Zimmer mit Balkon auf… das zweite haben wir dann am nächsten Tag beziehen können… ziemlich unverfroren… preislich gab es da auch keinerlei Entgegenkommen.
