Personale molto gentile e affabile, ma la struttura lascia un po a desiderare, molto rumorosa (a differenza di quello che avevo pensato al principio) e parte food malino.

El hotel está bien situado, al lado del Gorbeia. El establecimiento se ha quedado anticuado, no tiene aire acondicionado y el servicio no es muy amable. En resumen ha sido caro para lo que ofrece.

"Cómodo, calidad/precio bien, desayuno regular"

Comienzo por lo bueno: el hotel es muy cómodo, en un pueblo muy lindo. La relación calidad/precio me parece muy buena. La habitación estaba límpia y era amplia, todo bien. Lo único malo que podría decir, es el desayuno: es un buffet que salvo una o dos cosas (como la fruta) tiene productos de calidad regular, al menos considerando que costaba 10 euros por persona. De todas formas, un muy buen hotel, recomendado, aunque la próxima vez iría a desayunar fuera.

"Friendly, clean and comfortable "

Lovely hotel basic but clean and comfortable - would use again. Stayed one night bed and breakfast as part of a longer trip. Efficient check in/check out. Pet friendly - (we travelled with our pet dog). Staff friendly and also spoke English. Continental breakfast and range of drinks.

"Good country location, noisy room"

The hotel Balneario Areatza is located in the beautiful Basque countryside. But our room was next to the elevator, and we could hear it and all the people in it all night. This meant we did not have a quiet sleep. The staff was very friendly.
