Les Terrasses d'Essaouira

I have statyed in this riad about 10 times - some rooms have a bathtub, and most rooms are very large. the rooftop terrace is a good place to read a book on the chair, and do some tanning. My only dissatisfaction is the breakfast. Recently it seems that that quality of breakfast has been lowered. I recall that some fruits and croissant used to be served, but this time only plain Moroccan bread was all. However, I recommend this place for all tourist, as this is very clean, and "clam" place even it's located in the medina.

Das Riad liegt sehr zentral und doch in einer ruhigen hübschen Seitengasse. Die Ausstattung ist hübsch und gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist großzügig und sehr lecker. Wir wurden immer nett empfangen und bei Problemen unterstützt. Ich kann dieses Riad nur weiterempfehlen, wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden!!!

Somewhat difficult to find unless you're with a local. Front desk people don't speak English. Room doors have locks but it's pretty easy to open them even when locked! Wifi is strong though and rooms are clean. There are also lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Petit riad dans une des nombreuses ruelles de la médina, celui-ci est très bien situé. Le personnel est accueillant, le service est efficace. Le seul petit bémol sont les lits légèrement durs, mais à part problèmes de dos particuliers, ce n'est pas un problème qui entachera votre séjour. Petite terrasse en haut du riad. Un endroit parfait pour passer 2-3 nuits à Essaouira.

I spend only one night there. Place is clean and staff is friendly, although it's good to know a bit of the French language to communicate with the staff.

More like a small hotel than a riad so staff a little in personal.

Lugar precioso. Dada la fecha nos dieron a elegir entre varias habitaciones. Muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Los desayunos muy buenos y en la terraza, muy agradables. Muy bien situado en la Medina y cerca de restaurantes y de la plaza principal. El trato muy amable. Sin duda repetiremos.

After a busy tour of Morocco, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this traditional riad. It has a peaceful atmosphere and is ideally situated in the heart of the old town. We were met on arrival and our cases taken to the riad by cart and up the stairs to our room. It has comfortable areas to read and relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the English-speaking husband who helped us when we needed medication from a chemist on a Sunday.
