Armação dos Búzios Pousada Design

Os funcionários são simpáticos e atenciosos. Faltou energia uma vez mas voltou rápido. A piscina é ótima.

Localizado há 10min da orla, escolhemos esse hotel por ser lindo nas fotos, isolado mas ao mesmo tempo perto do centro. O hotel é realmente bonito, mas fica em uma rua meio deserta para ficar andando à pé (somente de carro). Achamos o hotel muito barulhento. De manhã os funcionários do hotel falavam e riam alto nos corredores, foi bem desagradável. O café da manhã é numa área muito bonita perto da piscina, mas isso significa muitas moscas e praticamente todas as comidas frias, mesmo no começo do horário do café.

Ficamos bem confortáveis e bem atendidos pela equipe da Pousada Design. Desfrutamos de dias tranquilos onde cada empregado demonstrou ser amável, educado, cortês e conhecedor de informações precisas para os hóspedes.

Quality stay, very confortable and relaxed atmosphere. Well tasted breakfast. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect. The swimming pool was very nice. Definitely recomended. Pool and pool bar is nice to relax during the stay.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city center of beaches.

This place is a complete rip off and is awful. The rooms are the size of prison cells, the staff is rude and not helpful, the internet only works in the lobby and sucks. It's not a design hotel. It's a piece of garbage Pousada that shouldn't charge more than R$100 per night. We got food poisoning from the food. It sucks. Don't stay here.

The rooms are shocking and resemble prison cells rather than what is was expecting and viewed on the website considering I was ripped off and paid Us510/day. To avoid utter disappointment, please stay away. No English channels on TV, wifi is pathetic and kitchen staff are grumpy and grubby.

Hotel has modern design and was updated recently, I thought it was cool. However, the rooms are very basic and were loud - these are the only two real complaints. For the price and given the surrounding hotels in the Buzios area, I think this is a great hotel option. Staff was very nice and helpful - we could only speak English or Spanish and there was always someone there to help. Breakfast was good. Close to centro - probably about a 5-8 minute walk, but if you want to walk along the water, it's more like 15 minutes. Pool area is stylish - good hangout area.

We keep coming back here always. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is great to chill out. The location is great, since it is walking distance from Rua dad Pedras, but keep the noise and the crowd away! The breakfast by the pool is great and a sauna after a day at the beach is mandatory!
