Our overall stay was excellent. My husband and I loved the area around the hotel. There's a 24 hour bakery around the corner and it is just a short walk away from the beach and a bunch of local restaurants and bars. There is also an ATV rental shop a short walk away from the hotel if you want to explore the island of Santorini on your own. The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and they accommodated all of our needs. When we arrived, they had a van there to pick us up. You must email villavoula@hotmail.com with your flight number and arrival time in order to arrange a free pickup from the airport. Usually when you leave to go back to the airport they have a shuttle for 20 euros that covers 2 people, but we had a flight at 3 AM. The owners made it easy for us and set up the arrangements to have a taxi take us to the airport in the morning and it came out to 30 euros (not too overly expensive). The hotel has a nice pool area that is very well maintained. The bed in our room was really firm, which was uncomfortable for me because I prefer a soft bed. They do clean the rooms everyday and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room.
We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Voula, everything was as described and like it is shown on the pictures. Villa Voula is in a quiet location just a few minutes walk away from Perissa beach. It is newly renovated so it is super clean. Our daughter’s had a great time playing in the pool . It's very comfortable. We can highly recommend it to other travelling families. Thank you Voula!
Lovely hotel situated down a quiet street, a short walk from the beach and near to lots of restaurants. The room was spacious, well presented, clean and had a good sized balcony with a view of the pool and the pool itself was a good size. A quiet hotel, appeared to be family run, with a friendly owner who helped arrange a cheap transfer to the airport and she let us keep the room for an extra two hours until we needed to leave.
The accommodation is basic, but is clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, coffee/tea facilities, but we had to purchase our own tea/coffee. Air conditioning, which was a must! There was a pool, though small, was great to cool down. Is 5 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Perissa is a quiet location, which we found great, as we could easily reach Fira and oia by bus.
