Personalul amabil, apartamentul în care am stat de la etajul 7 a fost curat, spațios și cu baia destul de mare, cu cabină de duș dar și o cadă. Fiind la etajul 7, nu am avut nici o problemă cu zgomotul de afară. Se ajunge ușor de la/la aeroport cu autobuzul Q, circulă din 30 în 30 de minute și biletul e 2,3Euro/persoană. Hotelul se află la 25-30 de minute de mers pe jos de piața Maggiore, dar pentru noi plimbarea a fost plăcută, chiar și la 12 noaptea. Se află lângă stațiile de autobuz, deci e foarte ușor să te deplasezi către orice zonă a orașului. În Bologna, un bilet de autobuz e 2,3 Euro, e valabil 75 de minute din momentul validării în autobuz și în acest interval poți să schimbi mai multe autobuze.

Micul dejun nu este de 4 stele, nu e diversificat, același în fiecare dimineață, dar găsești ce să mănânci. Am luat micul dejun de două ori, dar în a treia dimineață nu am mai mâncat la hotel. Aerul condiționat nu a funcționat tot timpul, noaptea am dormit cu ușa de la balcon deschisă.
