Hilton Pensacola Beach

Hotel rooms were very nice and the staff at the indoor and outdoor bars were great.

The checkin experience was not good. It seemed like we offended the hostess. She had difficulty finding our reservation which was through booking.com. Before asking who we booked through when she dint see it on the direct booking list, she asked if we had the right hotel which always makes a guest panic even when I was showing her the booking on my phone. She was not very welcoming and didn’t explain the parking vs hotel fees (either that or my wife and I both missed it). We were fine with the fees, she just only told us about the incidental charge but then we had an extra charge we figured out was for parking.

The facility was amazing and the best experience.

This Hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is always so amazing! Javier took such good care of me during the booking process! Absolutely a must stay in Pensacola beach!

We have stayed at this resort several times going back and forth to the Atlantic Coast. This stay was sad. Pros: upgraded room because of Diamond status. Comfortable bedding. Great view of the gulf. Clean space. Kind, hospitable employees. Breakfast was great! Cons: multiple electrical issues in the room, including an AC that flipped the breaker after being on for only 10 minutes. We restarted it several times- after calling the front desk, we were told there were no engineers on duty. We just slept with the door open. Thank goodness it was cool outside. There were also light switches that we couldn’t figure out what they controlled. And the doorbell- which was a necessity to the room- didn’t work. The water pressure was 1/3 of garden hose pressure and hot water was hard to come by. We stopped by the front desk to share with the manager, only to get told there are no managers on duty on the weekends. What? And the only way management listens is by leaving a review. Personally, I would rather take care of these issues BEFORE it gets to this point. I would stay here again, but only after asking some questions.

This absolutely could be an eviscerating review, but Javier G. SAVED THE DAY! Small errors (completely out of service desk control) can add up and all this remote “easy” access to your bookings made complicated, all made easy by Javier. He was personable, kind, and patient (even acknowledging other customers that he wasn’t able to immediately help). 100/10 service in all respects. Best customer service I’ve received in years and I worked industry for decades. ♥️♥️

The staff was very helpful and the view was unbelievable.

Water pressure at times and also sometimes there wasn’t much hot water. It was just warm.
