The staff, breakfast and room were all great.

The new fixtures, furniture, and decor makes the hotel feel much newer. It’s an old hotel with a new feel.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. That's the best I can say.

First of all, I'm in the United States of America. I should not have to ask people at a hotel to repeat themselves three or four times so that I can understand what they are trying to say through a thick foreign accent. Unacceptable. Next surprise, after already booking a room and paying online, I find they want to tie up an additional $100 of my funds for incidentals for several days. Unacceptable. When I check out, if there are extra charges, I will pay them then, don't tie up a red cent you're not entitled to. WiFi at a decent hotel is included in the price of a room, I noticed yours is metered. I do not plan on ever staying in a Best Western again. What once was a very good hotel has fallen significantly.

Breakfast was very good. Location was just off the highway and getting back on the highway easy. The choices for somewhere to eat at check in were very limited, but we found a fabulous quaint little restaurant about 3 miles away. We loved it.Places

Places for an evening meal were limited, but as noted above, we were very pleased with the end result.
