We like Anemon as reliably comfortable. breakfasts in Afyon could,perhaps, be scaled back with the thought of improving the quality of bread and borekler, etc. otherwise staff is friendly and helpful. Would be nice if air conditioning worked, however. The person who cleaned our room )278) was excellent.

This hotel is in the middle of the west turkey and has everything in it from gym pool spa to restaurant. Room is very nice and staffs are friendly too.

Facility is good, very friendly staff, you should visit the spa and get a massage. Good breakfast and great value to what you pay.

Great hotel after we located it. Used "lodging" and found another hotel with same street name. Hotel was modern with high ceilings and inviting reception area. The hallways were not lit (dark) but had back lighting from the room #'s. Breakfast was excellent and rooms were comfortable and quiet.

Nice hotel, but not impressed with cleanliness of the bathroom as there was lots of grime and mold in the shower corners.

We stayed here for two days and except for the restaurant and the nice staff there, the service from the front desk put a damper on everything. From the moment we arrived to a grumpy man at the desk who sent us to a small double room instead of the Junior Suite that we had booked and when we insisted on our suite, as we had already paid for it, he was very unpleasant but complied. Then the new door card didn't work---but no apology. I had a shower but the drain was blocked and the entire bathroom flooded. Repeated calls to the front desk for a plumber got no where---it was the cleaning staff the NEXT day who unblocked it, meanwhile we had to have a towel on the floor at the door to dry our feet. When we went to check out the same unpleasant man insisted that we hadn't paid yet, although we had the confirmation payment receipt from Hotel.Com to prove it. It took 40 minutes to sort it out, after intervention from the General manager, which made us late starting our next leg of the trip. We never at any time received an apology for anything. This could be a beautiful hotel if the management was improved.

Overall the hotel was positively impressive, however, the fact that the hotel advertised in room air conditioning, and it did not work in both of the rooms we paid for. When we went to the staff to Inquire about the A/C we were assured that it would be turned on at 9 pm. Well it never came on so we could only sleep with an open window which was less than comfortable. Totally foolish of the hotel to ruin a guests stay with such negligence. On a positive note the included breakfast buffet was excellent, as was the cleanliness of the facilities. Anemon clearly does not cater to non-Turkish clients - or maybe the reasonabless of the cost of the hotel room is because the A/C is never functional.
