convenient to train station, customer counter staff are poor while cleaners are good.

On business trip nxt to trsin statiion close fast foods very good

convenient for rail and bus,shops etc.Staff do not speak English,and no information about sightseeing, transport etc. Rooms clean enough but corridors have stained carpet,rarely vacuumed.Hotel backs onto a school,so very noisy early morning if you get a room on that side.Renovation work upstairs starts early and ends late.

Decent hotel close to bus and train station. Very little english

Generally good quality and central location, reasonable price for mid-level hotel. The staff exhudes the warmth of the Harbin winter. I felt that they wished I would go away, and that they were disturbed that I had shown up to stay in their hotel. Also, I observed a large rat in the breakfast area, but this might be a one time event that can happen. In short, there is need for improvement.

Great location and easy access to food and shopping.

Good service, clean hotel. Easily accessable by train & BRT. Nearby shopping mall & many nice eatery with reasonable price.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very limited variety. The housekeeper is lazy. We stayed there for 7 nights. We dropped a drinking water lid beside the bed and it was there till the last day that we checked out. Also, the toilet was blocked twice during our stay.
