The air conditioning is only and some nights worked. Price and conditions are ok.

Good hotel to stay as it is very central and just around the corner from the shops and train station. The airport bus stops at the station And cost me 10 rmb. The driver was even really nice And stopped right outside the hotel so I did not have to walk back from the station. The room is comfortable And the staff were really nice. I would stay again when I return to xiamen.

I did not like that all the time the pimps inserted the ladies cards into my room. I suggest to make the price including the breakfast.

The hotel staff were very friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and was cleaned daily. Beyond that, the wired internet connection within the hotel rooms is strong, fast, and consistent. The hotel is very conveniently located next to a bus station where you can grab a cab or bus. Across from the hotel the Robinson Galleria has interesting and affordable stores and a few restaurants. There are also a few grocery stores (Wal-Mart being the closest) within a very short walking distance. Overall, a nice stay.

The hotel staff do not practice first come first serve, anyone can just simple jump the q and get serve. Room was small and dirty

I was glad it was so close to the railway station and I could walk to the hotel.

Overall, pretty good. Location is nice. Shower was... well, badly constructed. Leaked all over the place and we had to ask for more towels every day or the floor would have been soaked. Nothing special. Would probably look elsewhere on another trip.

Ibis Kaiyuan in Xiamen is close to Xiamen railway station and airport and city centre. With ample shopping and recreation and food, it is ideal for business as well a holiday travellers.Only one problem, the airconditioning system does not do its job so be prepared for sweaty nights.

it was very disappointing that the CR toilet bowl got clogged in the middle pof the night and the water from the bowl with its contents overflowed. What a sight and smell! Another thing, we were told that breakfast came with our reservations, only then to know that they made a mistake of the information after 2 days. The breakfast was lousy, though...
