The room, bed, and breakfast were all very good. Beds and pillows were comfy and hot breakfast was good.

I hate to say this but the girl at the front desk was just not that good. I think she could do better if she was trained on how to deal with people, but the way she spoke to us was always like we were stupid or why are you bothering me. When we arrived to check in there was a note to call this number if no one was at the desk, so we did and she told us she was in the bathroom and would be out shortly. Not acceptable. When our keys didn't work the next day when we got back, she said, "Oh, well you had your keys to close to your cards in your wallet"....I travel a lot and this makes absolutely no difference, I do this all the time when I travel. They just shut down everyone's keys and when someone is staying more than 1 night your key has to be redone. Just be honest or learn how to do it properly. She made us feel like it was our fault. On the contrary the manager was super nice and did know how to speak to people and was wonderful, very professional. One last thing, the bathrooms could use a little more detailing, floors could definitely use a good clean in the corners.

The sheets weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t even turned on. There was no running water when I got in there. The Internet didn’t work at all the whole time there was a terrible breakfast selection, and I also have red marks on my skin from sleeping in the bed and was told that if I book again, I’ll get a discount Will not be staying there again
