Great location and service especially Front Desk Venetia who was kind, helpful and professional. Pool is nice but hot tub keys are not working. Ample free parking and strong WiFi. The room is spacious but outdated.

I would do it again

The hotel room was next to the major blvd so it has road noise at most hours, which is the major downside and I used earplugs just to sleep well. I would stay again. The hotel is in middle of city and close to all the major spots including downtown and walkable to the wetlands on the east side.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The first room I was in did not have a TV that worked. The second room was better but could use an update.

Room 54 upstairs old and badly in need of renovation/ remodeling. Carpet and bed and shower and….all of it. The charge was too much for room and checking early cost- not worth it.

Quite peaceful clean. Things to do

The area is okay, my partner and I stayed for labor day weekend. I enjoyed the room we were in, we had a jacuzzi tub inside, the room felt clean but the microwave was filled with food when we arrived. We called someone to come clean it and problem was resolved. The area is quiet, I liked how everything was walking distance. The parking was okay, it’s whatever you can find. The breakfast wasn’t breakfast, it was more like snacks and drinks. The only complaint I have is the WIFI was soooooooo SLOW. Other than that, it was okay.
