Yasuragi

Absolutely appalling costumer service, having worked in 5 star hotels for most of my life and having visited here many times in the past, I’m really saddened to see how you treat your customers. My friend had an accident the evening before we were gonna arrive she’s visiting from abroad and she tripped in the stairs. I called and asked if we could move our visit for the following day so less than 24 hours. I got told to email because the girl answering the phones on reception wasn’t taking care of these situations. I sent an email ans get a standard reply from the same girl that answered the phone (!) what a waste of my time because they didn’t even care to read my email just sent the standard reply, seriously I’m I dealing with a cheap low budget airline or a supposedly fancy spa?!! If you are travelling to Sweden don’t come for the customer service because it’s none existent.

Very nice place less that half an hour from Stockholm, warm pools outside that were very enjoyable during winter. Many options for saunas as well and the inside pool was also nice and warm. The property had both clea rooms and pools that was very impressive. Nice attentive staff. The clothing provide also adds to the charm. Love to revisit specially during some snowy days.

Yasuragi is the best Spa & Hotel ever!. You can really relax and unwind. Friendly staff, good good and the best breakfast. I am looking forward to stay more times at this hotel. I am warmly recommend to others to stay here. Thank you Yasuragi!

The spa was far too big, there were too many people, and the peace they tried to create turned into chaos instead, with all the shoes, towels, and bathrobes. Also many of the rooms was really cold for example the restaurant. My main course was cold, and my husband’s main course was completely raw and not very good either. They did give him a new one but still not really good. It didn’t live up to the standard, so we are not satisfied and will not be coming back or recommend it to others. The shop they had at the hotel was really good and with nice stuff!!

They must have forgotten us for a while during dinner service. We were in no rush but still quite annoying. Also in the breakfast they did not serve ecological eggs which is a minus and quite strange when they market themselves as eco friendly.

Bokade dubbelsäng, fick två hopskjutna enkelmadrasser. Blev inte jättebekvämt. Bra frukost, trevlig personal.

Hotellet är alldeles för dyrt. För de tre nätter som vi betalade över 10.000 sek för medelmåttig rum, medelmåttig frukost och tillgång till Spa, förväntar man sig mycket mer. Spa är ok men ingen myskänsla, inget extra som man inte fått i billigare Spa Hotel. Dyra behandlingar på 50 min förkortas till 45 min??? Vi kommer inte komma tillbaks inte i af för de pengarna.

Tappat mycket de senaste åren. Detta var en lugn oas tidigare med krav på att använda ställets badkläder och badrock för att skapa en känsla av lugn. Det har tyvärr övergetts. Smutsigt på sina ställen. Hela spa-avdelningen är fylld av använda glas - varför tillåts det i poolerna, och varför städas de inte undan? Kladdigt på golvet i rummet. Dammigt i korridorerna. Fotpallarna i avslappningsrummet har nog inte torkats av på något år. Huvudrätten (långbakad fläsksida med jordärtskockspuré - och ris!) var bland det sämsta jag ätit på restaurang. På frukosten saknades det mesta i långa perioder: äggröra, glas, tallrikar, knivar, mango, japansk omelett mm. Service överlag mycket bra, även om det är lite all-inclusive-känsla över stressen i restaurangen.

The combination between infrastructure and service is perfect . Baths , daily activity program and impecable massage made our staying memorable. We hope come back soon in the future
