La demora en resolver algunos contratiempos: 2 días sin internet en la habitación, 2 días para el arreglo de una pérdida de agua del inodoro.

Retornamos a Maceió depois de alguns anos e nos hospedamos novamente no Best Western Premier, já que nossa primeira estadia tinha sido perfeita. Foi a escolha certa - equipe nota 10, quarto grande, novo e confortável, café da manhã bastante variado, ótima localização. Ficamos em uma das novas suítes, bastante espaçosa e confortável. Enfim, é o nosso hotel em Maceió.

El hotel es espectacular, la atención del personal es más que excelente, nombrar a uno seria injusto porque todos lo hacen excelente, la habitación hermosa, una de las mejores donde me he quedado, ya con ganas de volver

Solo 2 cosas, el material de las sillas de la habitación no son de muy buena calidad, yo solo peso 70kg y al recostarme el respaldar se partió, eso puede ser peligroso, la segunda es que me di cuenta que el personal de recepción no tiene nada para sentarse, deberían colocarles algo, deben cuidar al excelente personal que tienen

"Vacaciones para recordar y recomendar"

Habitación amplia y muy confortable y limpia, selenciosa, el baño tenía una ducha genial

Siendo un hotel de 5* considero inaceptable q en el desayuno las mermeladas se ofrezcan en pequeño envase descartable difícil de abrir y sin variedad, entre otras cosas inadmisible q no haya cucharitas en lugar de ellas un revolvedor horrendo de plástico q no cumple función alguna, el cafe tenia gusto a quemado y una de las máquinas dejó de funcionar, la fruta dejó bastante q desear, la viennoiserie incomible (gomosa y pura masa y pesada difícil de digerir)y los waffles q decir…pegados secos y duros, el tapón del lavabo atado con “tanda” un horror. Respecto al gimnasio al q concurrimos diariamente requiere de un mayor y mejor mantenimiento de los aparatos
