I have been staying at this Westin during my visits to Hyderabad since it opened, and I consider it my “home away from home.” I travel to Hyderabad three to four times a year for both family and business, and most of the staff recognize me and consistently make me feel welcome. They are always ready to help with anything I need, and the management team is receptive to suggestions and complaints—I’ve often noticed positive changes during my next stay. The food is excellent, and the chefs are happy to accommodate special requests for me and my guests.

Badri is an excellent gym and swimming trainer. Extremely cordial and helpful Ashish Tiwari is an exceptionally good f&b manager.

I like swimming area! It is clean and chill. You can enjoy drinking there as well! All staffs are very nice, helpful and friendly. I especially would love to say thanks to Mr.Bhadri. He is kind, always smiling and offer me water bottle while I was in sauna room. Once again thank you so much! I hope I can stay again here soon!

I stayed at the property for close to two weeks (13 nights), and while the experience had a somewhat challenging start, the overall stay improved significantly thanks to the efforts of the hotel team. During the initial few nights, the room faced external noise issues along with mosquito concerns that affected comfort. After the first three nights, the team arranged a room change, which made a noticeable difference for the remainder of my stay. I would particularly like to appreciate Kranti from the Front Desk and Ravinder from the Housekeeping Management team for their professionalism and responsiveness. They took ownership of the concerns, ensured the transition to a quieter room was handled smoothly, and consistently checked in to make sure the rest of my stay was comfortable. Their commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out over the course of a long stay. One of the most delightful aspects of the stay was the thoughtful housekeeping touches. Daily towel origami decorations were placed in the room, which genuinely lifted the mood each evening on returning from work. It was a small yet meaningful gesture that added warmth to the experience. When my room was moved, the team had even placed a thoughtful gift in the room, reflecting attention to detail and genuine care for guests. The hotel’s location is very convenient and works well for business travel with easy access to key areas. The buffet spread deserves special mention, especially for the quality and variety of vegetarian options available daily. The lounge offerings were equally good, with a well-maintained selection of food and beverages that added positively to the overall experience. While the stay began with a few operational challenges, the sincere service recovery and consistent service thereafter turned the overall experience into a positive one. My sincere thanks once again to Kranti and Ravinder for going the extra mile and ensuring comfort throughout the remainder of my stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Every detail was taken care of. The food was delicious, the room was clean and very well designed, the bedding was so comfortable… everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. In particular, the attention to making me feel welcome and comfortable in my room was fantastic… I loved finding rose petals and artful towel arrangements every day. Thank you so much!!!

Laxmi was absolutely awesome behind the bar. You can tell he’s truly passionate about his craft. A real mixologist, not just a bartender. Every drink was thoughtful, balanced, and made with pride. You’ve got to try his signature Clear Skies of Havana. It’s next level!
